I think I've said before that I just love stamping backgrounds so this week's MIM challenge was right up my street.  I stamped this get well card for my Mum to send to a friend.  Just a short post tonight to enter the challenge.... ever the optimist!

Supplies: Papertrey Ink Tea for Two stamp set and die, Beautiful Blooms stamp set; Distress Ink Worn Lipstick, Bundled Sage, Scattered Straw

  1. What a great idea to use the "tea stamp as a background stamp - I've not used this set for awhile, thanks for the inspiration with this beautiful card.

  2. What a wonderful background! You really mixed the sets and I love the effect. The Tea Time stamp sets are the best. (I got lucky and won mine from PTI.) Wonderful colors and execution!

PS My last name is Rhys. Almost no one in America has this name, but you probably have 50 close friends with the name, since you live in Wales!

  3. I love that you added the whole tea thing to the florals in the background. This is just delightful. Thanks for the inspiration! :)

  4. I have tried & failed on many occasions to stamp backgrounds so I know how difficult it is to get right - trust you to do such a good job! Hope you're well Ann, love Steph xxx

  5. I love that background , it's like an aquarel
